3rd annual Coffee shop ride '07

Man I love the rest week. Today Richard and I went on the epic coffee shop ride. We stopped and drank a cup of coffee at 5 of the towns major coffee shops.


First stop was Bread we needed a little food so we wouldn't bonk on the ride.




The second stop was the BEAN.

With all this coffee in his system Richard can squint himself to 20/20 vision.

After all that coffee i need to take a nap, it will be like I'm doing base because my heart rate will still be in the 140s.
